Positive:
For me it was really pleasant to stay in this hotel. The staff is very polite, but the main advantage is the location – in the very heart of Copenhagen. Really nice design in rooms, clean clothes. The room was very bright, there was no lack of light. It’s budget hotel and I would like to recommend it for those who don’t care about conditions of life but needs a room only as a place for sleeping, no more.
Negative:
Breakfast vas really poor, the carpet in the corridor vas very dirty, near my room was smth like fixture – a man – paper-hanger colour-washed the walls. Also shower stall was small and without glass bolts. There was no wifi in the room, only hard-wire internet. But I lived alone, so it was okay. I had to return my key to the reception every time I left/came back that was not very convenient. Moreover the departure time is 11.00 local time so it was not very good for me cause my plane was only 16.00. As for audibility it was at a high level that sometimes impeded me. I lived at the 1st floor so I heared everything that was outdoors. Unfortunately there was no telephone in the room, only cord.

Jättetrevlig personal,serviceinriktade och ett mycket trevligt bemötande. Bra frukost (ingick inte). Rena och sköna sängar. Otroligt bra läge närma till allt. Valuta för pengarna. Återkommer gärna.

Die Lage!!! Obwohl es nahe dem Zentrum ist aber auch in einer Se…straße. Das Badezimmer war alt und schimmelig. Im Zimmer waren mehrere Risse in den Wänden. Wir müssen da nicht nochmal hin
