Hotel was nice and clean. I think it’s because it’s fairly new. Internet access via WiFi was excellent and they even have 6 computer terminals on the lobby floor. Staff was friendly. They even printed out some train tickets for me for free. Near central train station (10-15 minute walk). Bus stop out front of the hotel will take you to Nyhaven.
    Negative:
Unfortunately, they don’t have any twin or double bed rooms which means if you are sharing with someone else, you either both sleep on the same bed or one sleeps on the floor which is either carpeted or hardwood floor. It can be a little bit of a walk from Central station. You can walk there in 10 minutes with a very brisk walk, otherwise, it’s about a 15-20 minute walk depending on your speed. You also want to make sure you come out of the train station on Bernstorffgrade and then make a right to head towards the hotel. If you walk the wrong way, you may be on the opposide side of the train tracks and you won’t be able to cross which will make you backtrack to get to the hotel!

Excellent location, near tivoli and the city center but also far from the confusion and the noise. Rooms are small but nice and very clean. The bed was really good. Excellent place to rest from the copenhagen walkings.
    Negative:
Everything was excellent, probably the only thing I would change is the possibility of having phones in the rooms.

fast check-in and out. clean, comfortable en modern rooms. quite close to the main station.
    Negative:
check in only from 15.00. rooms are small. view is not impressive – big buildings and train tracks – it makes no sense to pay more for a room on a higher floor. breakfast has to be paid for separately.

I really liked the design of the rooms and the gardens. I really found the bed comfortable. I needed scent free sheets and towels and that is what I got. Perfect for anyone with sensitivities. It was great to rent bikes right there. Very convenient place to stay.

I would rate it as “no frills” hotel, perfect for weekend break with friends that don’t look for luxury. Very well positioned close to the center of copenhagen, rooms are small but clear and functional. I enjoyed the stay.

The hotel was very modern, and the basic decorating was fresh and clean. The location is good and bad, good in that it’s only 10 minutes walking to Central Station and 15 minutes to Tivoli. Also you can walk to the center in 20 minutes. The price is quite good for Copenhagen. We were upgraded to a room on the 12th floor, for only dk100 per night, and the view of Copenhagen was incredible.
    Negative:
The bad part of the location is that there is nothing in the area in terms of cafes/bars/restaurants. It seems there was always a huge queue at reception, and when you asked the staff a question they were a bit irritated. The rooms are very small, but for the prices you’re paying it’s not really anything to complain about.
