The location is perfect.
Negative:
I was asked to pay dk500 deposit for any loss or damage of the furniture. I have never asked for such deposit at any five star hotel. To use the elevator or the toiltes at the recepion floor, you need your key card.

The location of the hotel is excellent, I can find anything I want close to me, Baresso cafe, 7 Eleven, many types of restaurants and the downtown of Copenhagen, I like the system of the room it was clean and comfortable even the bathroom was clean.
Negative:
I am surprised about the check in time !!!! I cant beleive that its at 15:00, when we arrived to Copenhagen at 7:30 we must wait fror 8-9 hours to get our room?!! Its the baddest check in time I have faced in whole Europe so please the square hotel managment discuss this matter as soon as possible!!!

Excellent location. City center – close to transportation, museums, shopping, food, etc. Front desk guest services staff was great. 7 Eleven (fresh pasties and sandwhiches), coffee shop and other restraunts next door – from surf & turf to McDonald’s. Bathroom was very nice.
Negative:
Room was an upgraded four person family room. The bed(s) for two people – a single fold out sofa bed – was quite uncomfortable. Hotel wi-fi worked poorly. Pricy at $350/night.

Very friendly staff. We checked in early from a cruise and they did everything to make us feel welcome.
Negative:
There was a music festable at Tavoli and it went on until midnight. The windows rattled and you could hear a lot of noise for being two blocks away. We could not sleep.
Positive:
Excellent location, helpfull staff. I can recomend the room with balcony and great view to the square. Breakfast meeting good standard.
Negative:
The hotel needs an interior refresh and regular maintanance is visibly missing. The only parking is next door (underground) Dkk 200,-/day.
