The 3rd bed was really just a couch. There wasn’t a real mattress, you just slept on the couch cushions which were not nearly as comfortable as the actual beds.

The best experience at the hotel was the attitude of the staff. Even if it is a surprisingly huge hotel with big crowds of guests, the Front Office attendants and the Food&Beverage employees (breakfast waiters) are incredibly patient and helpful.
Negative:
For getting to the centre the only possibility is to use the railway, the price of which is quite high. Going by car however makes it possible to reach the centre within 5 minutes.

Spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, quiet. Parking facilities.

Hotel did not have a booking. Even though I also emailed them a day in advance to tell them I would be checking in a little late I didn’t get any reply. They had room, so when they saw the booking I had, I got a room. Lifts under dimensioned and slow – long waiting time. Minibar consisted of two empty glasses.

Great parking, located near the metro which is only two stops from city center, clean and comfortable rooms, internet is fast and free, great integrated entertainment/info system in the tv

Reception personels were not very helpfull; 3 of them were talking to each other while guests were waiting for check in/out! And it didn’t happens once!
