Superb postion really close to central station and easy to get to with suitcases. Super friendly and helpful reception staff running the hotel as a small family business. Nothing was too much trouble. Bikes available for hire at the hotel for very reasonable prices. Excellent breakfast in clean airy dining room. Full selection of food options for filling up before you start your day. Given that Copenhagen can be an expensive city I think Saga Hotel is a good value for money experience. 2-3 star hotel batting well above its average. 3 minutes walk to Tivoli. 5 mins walk to Strojet.
Negative:
Yes there is no lift as advertised so if climbing stairs is a problem for you request a room on one of the lower floors or choose elsewhere. Maximum of 4 floors. Most of the rooms do not have private bathrooms so there are community showers and toilets on each floor. This may sound weird but it actually did not present any problems during our stay. Watch out for the ocassional towel clad hall-runner.

My experience in this hotel was very positive but I would like to highlight the staff which was very kind and friendly and the room that was very clean and confortable.

Just a minor point related to the number of bathrooms/showers in the floor where I was in, that seemed insufficient in my opinion.
