We stayed 2 nights, we can hear noise from the bar downstair every night. On both nights, the noise went on past midnight. Hotel breakfast buffet was not refilled on time, no egg, no water, most of the things ran out at 9:45 am but the breakfast buffet is supposed to be until 11:00 am.

Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was heerlijk en goed verzorgd. Mooie locatie in het centrum, dicht bij het station en in de buurt van veel eettentjes.

En okunnig personal som inte nämnde att de reserverade 500 kr per natt. Det märkte vi själva under samma dag. Utgår ifrån att de inte litar på människor. Har sovit på många hotell men inte varit med om liknande, men det förekommer visst. När vi checkade ut så reserverade dom lika mycket till av vad det kostade för 2 nätter. Så under tre dagar hade de dragit nära 6000 kr. Givetvis fick vi ringa och kommentera det som hade hänt och de hade visst gjort fel. Vad hade hänt om vi inte hade haft koll på hur mkt de hade dragit? Behållit pengarna? Fick ingen kompensation för besväret. Det ska var lätt att bo på hotell, man vill att allt ska vara smidigt. Man vill softa och ha en smidig semester. I det här fallet blev det inte alls smidigt. Städninge var oxå under all kritik. Efter andra natten hade de bla inte ersatt de använda glasen. Rummen var inte så bra ljudisolerande. Man hörde dörrar som stängdes, mobiler som ringde osv. Skulle inte rekommendera hotellet mest pga allt strul med reserveringen och strulet med att de drog dubbelt och inte hade koll på det. Dåligt
