I have just returned to Karachi from my 3 weeks tour in Europe. The staff at Radisson Blu was very courteous. Concierge staff was excellent in helping / guiding about shopping and dining in the city. Specially Mr. Glen at the concierge was very profession and helpful.

The soft beds, waited for 15 min for concierge without assistance rang for 5minutes to concierge with no response ´- had to ring the restaurant myself

Location was good, and the Cafe Royal presented a good breakfast. The lobby had the gorgeous furniture it is famous for, but lacked a warm welcome.
Negative:
The hotel had industrial feel due to the ‘contemporary’ fittings, low ceilings in rooms, the windows did not have adequate sound proofing (would be easy to double glaze) and so the noise from train station and Tivoli was relentless, do not stay at this hotel if you are noise sensitive. The mattress and beds were very uncomfortable, survivable for 1 night, but dreadful for 3 nights. The staff were efficient but not cold efficient not that friendly.
