Positive:
The pHOENIX is excellently located being less than 5 minutes from nyhaven and the changing of the guard. The restaurant was good quality although quiet and whislt expensive no more than outside. Free wi-fi for those who feel this is essential
Negative:
If you are in an inside room there is noise from outside equipment (up to 11pm) although if you can afford the beer on nyhaven it wont be a problem (it wasnt for me)
Positive:
the decor and location
Negative:
air conditioner did not work so room was very hot, plumbing very bad/shower was slow..
Positive:
I liked the feel of its heritage and age but with all modern conveniences. It is also aesthetically pleasing and comfortable to stay in. Staff were always professional and polite
Negative:
I think it’s expensive but they may be an international travellers view. For a deluxe suite there wasn’t quite enough space to move around
Positive:
I liked the location of the hotel :very close to the cultural attractions ,transport was very convinient cleaness and comfort of my single room.chandaliers inner terrace and above all the receptionists behaviour.,attitude.
Negative:
An early morning noise in front of my window, but the softness of my pillow and bed could forget easily these unpleasent moments.
Positive:
The hotel was very well situated for the areas that we wanted to visit, had excellent staff, was comfortable and we would return here in the future.
Positive:
Wonderful location, close to the Metro, the pedestrian street and just a few meters from Nyhavn. Small but very comfortable, luxurious room with bathtub. Delicious breakfast, however expensive. Possibility to store luggage and bags in secure room after check out.
Negative:
Breakfast was not included in the room price, had to pay 20 euro extra for it.
Positive:
