Great location near train station and tourist attractions and places to eat…value for money and clean, though we stayed five days and no change of towels and room never cleaned in that time.no reception was bit different.but for our needs perfect.fridge micro tv kettle and hairdrier in room which was excellent.room was large size and ensuite. I would say for city short break excellent and good value.
    Negative:
As I say just the fact that we had no maid service in the five day stay.

We only liked the hotel location, next to the railway station and Tivoli Park. Nothing else.
    Negative:
We absolutely did not like the lack of a staffed loby, with a live person. The lack of communication was unbearable, and less than professional. We even had a difficult time getting in the front door, in mid-day. The hotel trying to save money on having no one in the loby is rediculous!

    Clean looking, had elevators.

Too many security doors. In case of fire or other emergencies you are trapped. Check-in begins after 4:00 pm. Several people were found waiting at the entrance on the street all day in sweltering heat. Many gave up and left for other hotels.

Price only. No other real reasond to stay here.
    Negative:
Very small room. No desk. No where to put bags if you arrive early. A total lockout on the street till 4pm.No one to talk to if any problems. We did with a school group causing havoc until about 11.30 pm , yelling, slamming doors continually etc. Street is seedy with two night clubs for ” gentlemen”!! Linen, that is towels etc, are only changed every 5 days. That is not sufficient. You simply pull up to an unmanned building, await till four, and if you are lucky your code works. No one there to help. Whilst budget, unlikely to stay here again

Location, secure because everyone had to have a door code & there were at least 4 doors that required a code, & clean.
    Negative:
No air condition, so had to sleep with windows open so it was very noisy.

Location location location. We arrived Copenhagen by train, the extremely short walk to the hotel from the central station means we did not have to lug our backpacks for a long distance.
    Negative:
Our room faces the back of the building, with only 1 small window instead of the 2 windows I saw on the website. It was stuffy despite the ambient temperature of about 15 deg c outside, so we had to open the window. We stayed at the 4th floor and we can smell the cigarette smoke from the restaurant/cafe downstairs. Not to mention the noise too. Moreover, our room lacks the reading lamps. They were removed because we could see the drilled holes and different color paint across the wall above our beds. I had to call the hotel hotline to request for a change of room because it’s simply not possible to read our books. But the person mentioned the hotel is fully booked, not apologetic at all. However he offered to call the technician/housekeeping to fix the lamps on the next day. Nobody did. Extremely poor service which could be fixed easily.
