Positive:
Very close to all amenities including tivoli gardens and rail stations and city centre
Negative:
Only problem we encountered was with the A/C which only seemed to work sporadically but did not matter too much in early May
Positive:
Very good room and location
Negative:
extremely noisy
Positive:
Clean room.
Negative:
Bed too soft and two single beds joined into one double makes for a sliding bed…
Positive:
Good proximity to shops & city centre.Good restuarant& bar service ,incl “happy hour.Suggest this is extended to 6pm to facilitate early pre- dinner drinks , followed by dinner option from 7pm. We were also given a room upgrade on our request. This made our stay very memorable & enjoyable.
Negative:
Too skimpy on tea/coffee in our room. We had to request more from reception
Positive:
I lost my phone at a taxi which was collected afterwards with help of the reception. Most of them are quite friendly and helpful
Positive:
The hotel was situated in a convenient area, close to the bus lines, Tivoli and pedestrian shopping streets. Acessible for the disabled.
Negative:
Everything we encountered in Denmark was expensive. The Imperial certainly kept that situation alive – $8 usd for a cup of coffee! Elevators are extremely small, but manageable if you take two trips.
Positive:
The room was clean and not cramped. They were friendly and took care of every need we had.
Positive:
Room was very clean and well provisioned. Bathrooms were spacious and had great hot water.
Negative:
I was the victim of an airline overbooking and arrived a day late so my room rate was raised by 500dkk. The hotel said this was entirely controlled by booking.com and was not their responsibility. The room rate was not increased for other people who booked direct with the hotel. The hotel was downright rude about it and I’m not sure whose fault this was but it definitely infuriated me.
