Almost everything is perfect. They do a great job and I hope I will return for another stay. Moreover, if we’d were able to prolong the stay here, we’ll definetly did that, but unfortunately it is overbooked.
    Negative:
The one thing that starts to be a bit annoying after >7 days stay is the same breakfast every day

The location was excellent. If you have good walking shoes and a map (we found our maps at the hotel) you can walk to all of the main attractions from the hotel. Tivoli Gardens, Hard Rock Cafe, and the train station are a block away. A bit further and you are at the Stroget shopping street. We were here for two whole days and saw what we wanted to see and more and didn’t spend a dime on public transportation. We did have good weather, though! We didn’t do a boat trip and wished we did. We had booked a double and were upgraded to the Junior Suite which was very nice. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean. Shower was a bit cramped. Shampoo/shower gel, body lotion and soap are provided. All rooms have a refrigerator and the Junior Suite also has a small kitchenette with toaster and microwave. The bathroom in the Jr Suite also has a spa bath. A unique thing about the hotel was the breakfast. Around 0730 a bag is hung on your door. Our bag contained 4 freshly-baked buns and 2 pastries. In the refrigerator in your room is a basket with cheeses, spreads, butter, juice, and yogurt., Perfect for a breakfast in the privacy of your own room. A water cooker is also provided along with instant coffee and teas. We came by car and stopped first at the hotel to check-in and unload our belongings. The car park was close, a 10-minute walk. We would highly recommend this hotel!!
    Negative:
The Junior Suite is on the ground floor and was warm. We would have liked to have had a window open at night but didn’t since the hotel lights were very bright and while it wasn’t excessively busy on the street at night the occasional car or people walking by would have woken us. There is an airco unit above the bed which we were welcome to use but didn’t. There was a street near-by with Ladies of the Night and sex shops but we never felt uncomfortable when we were out. If we saw any Ladies of the Night we didn’t know it!

It is conveniently located in the center of Copehagen. The central station is just 3 min walking distance, extremely easy transport to/from the airport, opportunity to travel to other destinations (e.g. we visited castle Kronborg). Our 3 bed room was very spacious, clean, quiet (4th floor), with comfortable beds.
    Negative:
Just details: Proximity to the central station is a huge plus, but it also leaves traces on the neighborhood. But we did not have any unsafe feeling. Breakfast in the room is a great concept, it would be even better with coffee makers in the room vs. just a kettle + instant coffee.

Small updated hotel feels botique-ish. Excellent location for central copenhagen strolling.
    Negative:
Elevator call button from the fourth floor didn’t work.

The staff was exceptional: they made the extra effort to get us into a room when we arrived early and exhausted. The rooms are generous size and well appointed and comfortable. The location is convenient.
    Negative:
The breakfast was small and limited consisting of a couple bakery rolls and a few things stashed in the fridge such as yoghurt. The elevator was a bit unpredictable – sometimes it would come and sometimes not. The surrounding neighborhood has a few undesirable businesses but overall the area felt safe.

Rather small room, didn’t really like breakfast in the room although the breakfast was adequate. Local restaurants a little expensive.

We had a family room – it was very large and comfortable. We really enjoyed having a small kitchenette and the delivery of fresh bread and pastries each morning. It was in a great location, right by the Central Station and close to the city centre. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in anywhere – thoroughly recommended.

No nonsense, you get what you pay for. Wifi. Helpful staff. Tea and coffee available. Kettle in room and fridge
    Negative:
The room was rather small and the bed rather too soft
