Excellent value for money and ideally located for exploring Copenhagen as very close to public transport eg Metro line, buses etc. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the buffet breakfast each morning was varied and plentiful.
    Negative:
The bathrooms are small but functional. There is no tea/coffee provided in the rooms but it is available in the lobby up to 6 pm each day.

I believe that the hotel has a lot of charm, but I was put in a smoking room to start and it was very smelly, however, then I was given a better rom at the very top floor, which was for lack of better words seeming very English, which I liked.
    Negative:
The smell of smoke in my first room and the breakfast area was a bit crowded

Staff were so kind and friendly. Restaurant suggestion was also helpful. Many pictures of dancers and artists helped me to feel history of theater.

The location. It’s near the main shopping street, the main restaurant street and the canals. Perfect location.
    Negative:
The fact that it has no parking spots. It’s on a busy streets district and we had to circle a few times until we could find an empty spot. And then we had to pay a fortune for a 24h parking pass. Awful. Otherwise, if there is no personal car involved in the travel, it’s a fairly direct trip from Copenhagen’s airport to the hotel by metro.
