Positive:
Location is good, close to Nyhavn. Bit confusing if you are arriving by subway but I suggest you print out the directions from the subway to the hotel. Good breakfast! Tip – buy the Copenhagen card or the daily transport cards (dont use the ticket machine inside the luggage belt area) as the transport cards are valid for the airport metro as well.
Negative:
Bed was small.
Positive:
A good average hotel with 3 advantages: a good place to sleep, breakfast is good & is close to everything by walk in Copenhagen … so what else ?
Negative:
Nothing which was a nightmare.
Positive:
All good
Positive:
Excellent location, good breakfasts, good value for money
Positive:
Everything was basic but ok and location wass perfect and the atmosphere friendly and restfull. Fine for a short stay in town.
Negative:
Shower with curtain which results in a wet bathroomfloor.
Positive:
Great location, great value for the money.
Negative:
I wish they had an espresso machine in the breakfast room
Positive:
Good value for money. Breakfast is better than one can expect at a three star hotel. Room is small and not terribly clean. Excellent location within a walking distance to downtown. Friendly and helpful staff.
Negative:
Bath supplies a little modest. No tea-making facilities.
Positive:
Location is good, reception staff are friendly
Negative:
You need to keep logging into wifi every time you go online, and its timing is restricted; room wasn’t cleaned properly
Positive:
The hotel has a good location, friendly staff. Free tee and coffee 24 hours a day.
Negative:
Too small double room. The bed is too narrow.
Positive:
We thought the location was great. 5 mins from Nyhavn, 10mins from Stroget street. 20-25Mins to Tivoli. I wouldn’t change our choice of hotel or location. We thought its location was ideal. Breakfast was good I thought. Cornflakes, muesli type,s. ham, bread, warm sausages, scrambled egg. Choice of juices. The room was quiet, facing in to a rear/side courtyard. Free wifi was a bonus.
Negative:
The rooms were small compared to what I’d normally expect. However, on the basis of the reviews of this and other hotels, it seems small rooms are a standard everywhere in Copenhagen. I wasn’t exactly shocked. The rooms were big enough to sleep in, but you wouldn’t want to spend a day in them. I booked a triple, but the third bed was a fold-out bed that folded in two and had been carried in. I did expect a proper third bed if I’m honest, but my stepson seemed to sleep ok.
Positive:
Basic hotel, does basic things right
Negative:
My room was situated near the elevator which made a lot of noise.
Positive:
Smple, clean, friendly, warm and close to the harbour and centre. Lovely staff, every thing there.
