The bathroom smelt of urine and the bedroom of some peculiar herb.
Positive:
Friendly, helpful staff. The minute you arrived they helped you even if it wasn’t checkin time yet. Breakfast was ok, too.
Negative:
Shared toilets were sometimes dirty. One shared shower got clogged, the other one had a defective Cold knob, which meant showering in steaming hot water.

Convenient location 2 blocks from Norreport subway/train station on the line from Hamlet’s castle (Helsingor) to Malmo, Sweden, past the airport. So the airport is about 20 minutes away by subway or less by train. Short walk along interesting pedestrian streets to the main pedestrian street (Stroget). Staff are pleasant and buffet breakfast is good
Negative:
Rooms are compact and bathrooms (in the en suite rooms) are very tiny. Mattresses a bit soft. Ask for a room overlooking the back courtyard for peace and quiet.

The hotel staff is friendly and courteous. The room is minimal, but clean and did have a TV although I didn’t use it.

The bathroom was super small, shared, and not really clean clean. The room was quite loud on the weekend, but much quieter on the weekdays (although I could have been too tired to care).
