Don’t have anything good to say about this hotel, may be the only great thing is the location, that says all…
Negative:
The quality of the hotel is poor, cost/benefit was very low. A triple room was very small, the building is too old and by the looks not very well maintained (the quality is very different from the pictures, it’s not a new/modern interior). Not enough bikes to rent (tried to rent one and there was no one left), and the staff is very unhelpful, specially saying that you can rent a bike on another hostel nearby (danhostel), arriving there the rent is only for the guests of that hostel… I ended up finding a place to rent one, but the staff really isn’t prepared or helpful. For sure I’ll never go back to this hotel again. The wifi we bought was crap as well, some sites didn’t work well.
Positive:
as we travelled with my parents and 2 kids (11 and 5) it was ideal to have shared accomodation because we came home relatively early each night and had a few drinks at home. it meant we didn’t have to stay out all night to socialise together as doing that would have been mega expensive. Loved Copenhagen as a city, but mega expensive!
Negative:
Beds were not great/pillows were flat. A little on the expensive side I thought but it served its purpose for us and having the shared accomodation for all of us really made the trip.
Positive:
I will never go back in this Hotel. Nobody cleaned the room in 3 days, no soap in the bathroom,Tv was not wotking, no hairdryer,we had to ask for new towels. No phone in tthe room, the room was far from the hotel …and we even payed before!

The 4mx2,5m size quad room is hardly enough even for two people if they have more than a pair of shoes. Quality of the room and the facilities (shower, toilet) is far from the pictures showing a newly renovated modern hotel interior. 5Th floor where we stayed is old and delapidated; creaking door, blowy windows, old tiling and flooring, dark aisle etc. though furnitures in room are more or less ok.

Kindness of the staff, location-close to the venue of the seminar I was attending, good value for money

paying extra for the wireless access to the internet in the room – access to the internet from the room should have been included in the price
