I left my passport at the hotel while i had already arrived at the airport.. When i called the hotel and told them the situation the guy just got up and litteraly came to the airport to give me my passport.. When he arrived i tried giving him 40 euros he did not take it.. Hotel staff are helpful but not in your face. It does not look like a hotel at all because the reception area is very small next to the cafe/bar. Best thing is that it cheap by Copenhagen standards and is close to the Metro to get into the centre. Single room had en-suite toilet/shower so no need to share communal facilities.
Negative:
Single room very small like a shoebox. Definitely only enough room for one person and the single bed confirms this. Only one half of a pillow but should have requested another. NO introduction to hotel facilities by the manager/receptionist on duty, basically “here’s your key, there’s your room”.

The best thing about this Hotel is that its very provincial. You have the opportunity to eat your breakfast together with smokers and heavy drinkers… But maybe a very small segment….?

At the check out we found out that we cannot get the invoice for the company. The invoice was already prepared and even the contact with manager didn’t help. I believe such information should be given upfront at the time of the check in. And the standard – more like a hostel really.

Clean, wifi available, close to the center, very friendly stuff on the reception. The bar is excellent and it works reasonably late.

The toilet is too small. The room was cold, it could not get warm even when the heater was on maximum. There was no choice for smoking room.
