Great room, great breakfast. Just a good hotel.

Location bit off, 10 minutes from both town and Airport. Taxi to town is 125DKK (20 Euro), Taxi to Airport charged 225DKK (31 Euro)

The staff were very helpfull and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely.

It’s location. It’s a bit of a far way from the center. There should be a kettle in the rooms so folk can have tea or coffee without having to go from breakfast. I found the room rates quite expensive for room only basis.

Dining area too small no good service Got the wrong hotel….mistake by you when locating me there. This is simply just a place to sleep. Interior layout reminds me of movies from US prisons! Regardless of if you look up from the lobby or down from the fifth floor. surroundings outside is like nothing worth to even bring up!

The hotel is very remote, it’s more than 10 minute from the city centre and transportation are not very frequent (to a Londoner’s strandard). The hotel location is not very nice with a industrial estate feeling. I was kind of disappointed by the staff: I booked a superior room and specifically asked for a river view. The room I was offered overlooked the road, so I went to the reception and kindly pointed out that I had requested a room with river view, to which the receptionist replied a bit drily that I had to pay a supplement for that as it was only superior room that had this view. Since this was what I had booked on the first place they moved us to the superior. They lend us an adapter, the receptionist said she was charging it on my bill and it will be taken off when I return it, so when we left, I returned the adapter and told the receptionist (different than the one we checked in with) that she had to take off the charge from the bill, but when I checked my receipt it was still there! So, they took it off in the end but wouldn’t I have checked my receipt I would have paid for it!

When internet is included, why on earth do you have a cumbersome login procedure??? Not only do you have to enter long numbers as username/password, you have to do it every time you are to use the internet. I don’t understand this. When it is included in the room, why not have a simple NORMAL wi-fi network with a password you don’t have to enter EVERY TIME?? Apart from this idiotic thing, the hotel is great!

Reception staff are very friendly and helpfull. Good Location for those arriving by car. It’s less than 3 minutes from the motorway E20. There are frequent busses to Bella Center Metro station and Sjælør S-Tog station. Via these stations you are in the city center in 15 to 20 minutes. A less frequent direct bus or waterbus is also available.
Negative:
Very little choice at the breakfast buffet. For this kind of money I would expect much more choice. An exit at the roadside (read bus stop side) of the hotel would be nice, especially after dark when the pavement around back is a little dark.
