We booked here as it was just a stop over between countries and it offered a free airport shuttle service. However it only operates from 6am and we had to be at the airport around 5am. It is a standard chain hotel – very nice, clean and tidy, but I would have stayed elsewhere had I have known I had to catch a cab anyway.

Free Pick me up breakfast for very early departures is a great idea. I grabbed an apple and a coffee before heading off to the airport.

Luckily my friends had better rooms than me (strangely enough same category). Location good when arriving by plane and obtaining the Copenhagen Card, what we did.
Negative:
Separate letter will be send to hotel, maybe it was a one-time unfortunate slip. Didn’t address issues on location because when enjoying a weekend-trip with friends, introducing them to the area, the last thing I will spend time on is discussing matters with hotel staff. Friends could help out with stuff from their rooms.
