The Hotel is modern and has small but welcoming rooms. Great view if you get a room with water view, plus amazing buildings around it. Nice walk to the city on both sides of the harbor. Next to a mall for last minute shopping.
Negative:
Don’t expect personal attention by the Hotel’s personnel. Limited tourist information (even for facilities situated next to the Hotel such as the canal tour boat station).

Tv menu was wrong and did not link properly to the Health club menu. If so we would have found that there was a sauna and got even more from our stay. light sensor by bed lamp could not be turned off. everything else was excellent.

The room was not clean at all, even after I left a comment about the cleaniness of the toilet. The staff didn’t hear of any thing called smile or attitude. I didn’t feel welcome & I regret to have choosen this hotel. I’ll never recommend this hotel or stay there again.

This is the fifth time we stay at Cop Isla. We were quite dissapointed. We miss the pay TV, the water in the shower was cold, and the wireless network had poor/no signal strength in our room 4450. Will choose another hotel next time

Clean and functional. Idea for a short business stay. The free internet was good, however there was no wifi in the room & I did not bring a lead with me. I was able to borrow a lead from reception which was good. I was unable to use my Iphone on wifi due to this.

Very few Engish language TV programes, except for BBC world, CNN MTV. Could do with a variety TV channel such as BBC 1.
