The location is perfect for a city trip in Copenhagen. The receiption staff is friendly and helpful
Negative:
The room we got was VERY small and had a distinct smell of sewage, and the squeaky floorboards of the corridor are annoying. The breakfast is fair if you are early, but selection somewhat limited for a Scandinavian hotel, if you arrive 30min before closure they do not refill anything and the breakfast becomes very poor. And the staff there is mainly focused on tidying up and getting you out of there, rather poor service there. This hotel is far from a 4 star hotel and no good value for money.

The hotel advertises that hotel guest can use the attached Spa/ Wellness facilities. Beware: This is not included and hotel guest have to pay for it just as anybody else. No free Sauna or Hammam.
