Positive:
Enough big room, very clean…you can go in and out in any time you like, because they give you keys…Hotel situated in front of the very good market, where you can eat or buying something and I bought strawberry practically at midnight in a 24h grocery on the same street. Also Norreport station located near the hotel, you can get to the airoport 24h a day (just 15 min) by the metro.
Negative:
If you want to check in after 18.00 you should do it at anothey hotel, but it is situated very close to Windsor…haven’t toilet in your room, but i’ve never seen any person to occupy it)))you should get for the 4 flour without an elevator, so with a heavy luggage it’s quite a problem)))

Positive:
Hotel Windsor was clean and quiet and well priced for Copenhagen. Staff were friendly and helpful, I was able to make a call from reception at Hotel Jorgensen, which was helpful as there are almost no public phones left anymore. Breakfast was fine, nice room, I would stay again if I needed a hotel in Copenhagen

Positive:
Location. Easy walk to city centre, and quiet at night. Very good price compared to other hotels. staff were very friendly
Negative:
Breakfast started too late for me as I had to leave at 8 to go to my conference. Be careful not to leave your key in your room (esp without your shoes on!!)-it locks behind you, and as reception is closed after 3, you need to go to the other hotel for the spare. Wasn’t a problem for me, but there are a lot of stairs and narrow corridors-could be akward for some.

Positive:
The hotel is located in a pretty good place which is convenient to be reached from any city place. It seems to remind a typical Copenhagen’s hotel building bot pretending to be extremely well off but economical. It si good that the people are provided with the keys given to them by the staff.
Negative:
The hotel corridors were quite narrow to get someone through if there could be another one on his/her way. However the most “impressive” was the toilet door on the forth floor which being closed with a hook, has permanently left an open space between the corridor and one staying in the toilet. It was also “lovely” to hear voices of neighbours behind the wall who were discussing something in gteh early morning.

Positive:
Really nice in walking distance of the city. Cheap restaurants nearby. Metro and train almost in front of the hotel. Spacious room, big flat screen tv.
Negative:
Only one toilet for six rooms. I could here the snoring from a room across the hallway.
